276 Bramble St – CO Condition

St 221 recieved a direct call to the station for a CO Alarm that activated.
Caller reported he just bought the detector and he installed it and it has been
beeping since he installed it. 221 Service arrived on scene finding 3 occupants
not complaining of any illness. Crews used Solaris Meter to check residence and
found levels over 55ppm on the first floor. 221 Captain 2 had crew back out and
requested the Squad Crew to respond to assist. M386 was requested to scene as
well for the evaluation of 3 patients. 221 Squad arrived with the Chief taking
Bramble Command and crews masked up and found levels over 250 in the basement.
Crews isolated the the furnace while Service crew began ventilation. Command
requested Equitable Gas to scene. Residence was ventilated and homeowner was
advised of the problems found. Gas Comp arrived on scene and was updated of FD
findings. Scene was turned over to them and 1 fem was transported for evaluation
at ER. All 221 units returned in service.
